Website privacy.
How information submitted through this website is handled. Last updated November 3, 2026.
For website visitors and inquiries.
This notice covers the DataBrokering website and inquiry process. It does not grant a license to company datasets. Any project involving source data requires separate terms and an agreed handling plan.
DataBrokering’s project operators use submitted information to review inquiries and respond. You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact form by selecting “Other / privacy request”. The responsible contracting operator is identified before any company-data project.
What the website collects
The inquiry form collects your name, work email, company and the brief and optional project fields you submit. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential records, credentials or datasets.
What stays in your browser
The workflow demonstration and readiness assessment run locally in the page. Their answers are not submitted to us unless you independently include information in an inquiry. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored using Cloudflare D1 through Sites hosting. Hosting providers may process standard connection and security information to operate the website. A daily, hashed network identifier is used for short-lived submission abuse controls.
Use, access and retention
Inquiry information is used for responding, assessing fit and maintaining relevant business records. It is not offered as a training dataset. Access is restricted to the project’s operators and necessary hosting providers. Inactive inquiries should be reviewed for deletion within 12 months; relevant legal or active project requirements may require longer retention.
Choices and requests
Use the contact form to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your request before providing or removing information. No project-data transfer should begin through this public website.
