Permission is part of the product.
A clear scope, documented permissions and practical safeguards belong at the beginning of a data project.
Start small. Establish authority.
The public inquiry form accepts brief descriptions and business contact information. It does not accept dataset uploads. Inquiry records are stored in a dedicated database; there is no public endpoint for browsing submissions.
Enterprise-data projects need their own agreed security and handling arrangements. The descriptions below explain the project requirements we scope; they are not claims of a security certification or a blanket guarantee.
Rights and permitted use
Establish who may authorize the material, relevant third-party restrictions and the exact evaluation, training, redistribution and retention permissions.
Privacy and confidentiality
Review personal information, confidential business content and secrets. Agree minimization, handling, access and deletion requirements before approved transfer.
Environment containment
Scope isolated execution, network boundaries, protected scoring and monitoring for interactive environments. Public demonstrations contain fictional material only.
Evidence and limitations
Maintain source and transformation records, document known gaps and agree acceptance criteria. Security and legal requirements are reviewed for each project.
